| during hot time they gave away free sp resets, its your fault you missed it + you can send nexon a letter about your problem , they will contact you , its a special thread @ nexon forums, check it out | |

| You really can't blame Ben for not being there without knowing why he wasn't online at the time.
And in my opinion, they should've done the "hot time" event a bit different like. For example, make it last for an hour so you can get the reset on more that 1 character, if you play more than 1 character. | |
